⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE – Transition of operations at Clinique vétérinaire de la Promenade

As of September 19, 2026, Clinique vétérinaire de la Promenade will transfer its operations to Clinique vétérinaire Beaubien, located at 1306 Rue Beaubien E.

Our commitment to animals, their families and our community remains unchanged. This transition will allow us to focus our resources and expertise at Clinique vétérinaire Beaubien, ensuring continuity of care for your pets.

At Clinique vétérinaire Beaubien, you will be welcomed by a team ready to support you and your pets throughout this transition and beyond.

All patient records will be securely transferred and will remain accessible through our trusted partner clinic, which offers comprehensive veterinary services.

CLINIQUE VÉTÉRINAIRE BEAUBIEN

As of September 19, veterinary appointments, prescription renewals, medication pick-ups, food orders and all other veterinary services will be provided by Clinique vétérinaire Beaubien, located less than a 20-minute drive from Clinique vétérinaire de la Promenade.

If you wish to transfer your pet’s medical record to another veterinary facility, we invite you to submit your request to our Promenade team before September 18 at reception@monveterinaire.ca.

After this date, please contact the Beaubien team directly by email at veterinaire.beaubien@gmail.com. Their team will be able to securely transfer your pet’s records to the veterinary facility of your choice.

APPOINTMENTS ALREADY SCHEDULED AT PROMENADE

If your pet already had an appointment scheduled at the clinic in the coming weeks, rest assured. Our team will contact you before your appointment to provide you with the necessary information and ensure continuity of care for your companion.

EMERGENCIES

In case of an emergency outside of regular opening hours, we invite you to visit Centre Vétérinaire Montréal, located approximately a 35-minute drive from Clinique vétérinaire de la Promenade.

ONLINE STORE

Please note that in-clinic pick-up for orders placed through the online store will be available at Promenade until Tuesday, September 15.

As of September 21, you will be able to continue having your items delivered directly to your home through the Beaubien online store. As part of our transition, MaVitrineVétérinaire customer accounts will be transferred on Monday, September 21.
